I can help work through the ecology, the approach, and what reviewers are likely to expect. I've spent years reviewing and delivering restoration plans from the land-manager side, so I know where questions tend to come up.

You want the capability in-house.

Advising, mentorship, and training for your staff, so the project team, agency, and contractor are working from the same page. The aim is that your people need me less next season, not more.

Built around what the site can support.

Restoration and revegetation plans start with the site: elevation, disturbance history, soils, moisture, vegetation, available plant material, and how the area is likely to recover. From there, I build the plan around what makes ecological and practical sense in that environment.

The logistics lined up.

A good plan still needs the pieces behind it to work. I can line up native plant and seed supply, timing, site information and spatial data early, before they become delivery problems.

You need to know what is out there.

Start by figuring out what's actually there. I bring together field surveys, existing data, satellite imagery, drones and LiDAR to understand site condition and establish a baseline you can come back to later.

You need to know how it is changing.

Track recovery, treatment effects and landscape change over time. Remote sensing lets me look beyond individual plots, find larger patterns, and flag places worth a closer look on the ground.

You know what you want.

A tool, a metric from a paper, a dashboard you saw somewhere. The idea is there, but the thing that makes it work with your data isn't. I can test it on the data you actually have, build a proof of concept, and take it further if it proves useful.

You're not sure yet.

You have a pile of data and no obvious starting point. I can clean it up, check what is actually usable, and start pulling it apart through maps, visualization and analysis. The point is to figure out what the data can tell you before deciding what needs to be built around it.

You need to see it as it happens.

Field data doesn't have to disappear into a spreadsheet until the end of the season. I can connect collection, QA/QC and visualization so you can see progress, catch gaps, and use the information while the work is still happening.

The same export, cleanup, join, reformat or report every season. I can turn that into a repeatable workflow, so raw data goes in and the thing you actually need comes out without rebuilding the process every time.
